This little vase is 13.5cm tall, with a base 11cm wide and the oval shaped aperture is 7cm wide x 5cm deep.  The vase has an embroidered textile texture and the texture of the stitches have been overpainted at bisque stage with cobalt and fired to give a beautiful rich blue.  The interior has a shiny transparent glaze and the exterior is matt.
