This great-tit has its wings outstretched in flight. I embroidered the bird and feathers and then cast the textile  in plaster. From this I could press porcelain into the plaster and construct the jug in sections. There are three sprigged porcelain buttons on the base. The jug is 12cm tall and has a base of 10.5cm wide.
