Description of goods

We take every care to provide accurate details of items, descriptions and prices but cannot guarantee that the information on our webiste is error-free or complete and product images are for illustrative purposes only.   We reserve the right to modify or withdraw items and descriptions or change product prices on the website.  Please remember that each item is an entirely handmade porcelain item, not mass-produced and therefore slight variations are possible.  

 

Payment

All prices on this website are based on delivery to UK mainland addresses. Payment for all orders is by Paypal and made at the point of sale and not at point of despatch.

 

Delivery

  • When an order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email.

  • If the item is in stock it will be dispatched within 3 working days, but cannot guarantee this.

  • When your order is packed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent.

  • Items will be sent by Royal Mail, 1st class and Parcel Force services, which usually takes 1-2 days.  A signature may be required on delivery.  

  • Items are packed with care in bubblewrap, void fill and cardboard cartons (which in order to reduce the impact on the environment may be recycled cartons) and marked fragile.

 

If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify me within 7 days for a refund.

 

Cancellation and returns

Where the goods have yet to be dispatched, please email sarahgroveceramics@gmail.com immediately for a refund.  

We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, however if you are unhappy with your order when it arrives and would like to return it, please notify my within 7 days of receiving it and follow the returns procedure for a refund.

 

To return the item:

  • Please pack it carefully in its original, unused condition in the original packaging if possible in order that a replacement or refund can be arranged.

  • Always obtain proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

  • Please ensure that you include details of your name, address and telephone/email contact.

  • Post and package costs are non-refundable except in the event of faulty goods.

  • Once the returned product has been received, your payment will be refunded via the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Please note that the refund includes the original delivery charge and not the return postage.
